CONTACT/CONTRACT
1. ArtistRunway.com
(ar.c) contacts you, as the artist, whom we are
interested in representing.
2. Then you
then submit the works you would like for ar.c
to represent.
3. Once the
ar.c jury approves the piece(s), a letter of agreement
will need to be signed between ar.c and yourself.
During this stage, you will work directly with
your artist liaison who will be available to answer
questions and make sure you are comfortable with
the process. |

ARTISTIKIT
4. At this
point, the following forms in this artistikit
will need to be completed and returned via mail
or email.

Artwork Submittal Sheet
Information Card

5. In addition
to these forms, you will also need to submit photographs
of your work as well as one of yourself. Please
read the Your Photography section for tips and requirements.
6. We ask
that we receive all of this information within
14 days of receiving the artistkit to ensure that
we can get your work online in a timely manner |

SETUP/ACCESS
7. Once all
the information is received, our web administrator's
team will setup your biography page and portfolio.
You will also be given a username and password
so that you can gain access to Your Runway, the
artist secured site. From here you can gain career
information, print out business cards and track
your artwork. |

SOLD/SHIPMENT/PAYMENT
8. Once a piece
is sold and funds have cleared, you will be contacted
to ship the piece(s). You will have 7 days to
ship the piece to the collector. (Please read
the Shipping Standards section for details)
9. A check
will be mailed to you within 30 days of confirmation
of successful shipment and delivery.
10. At anytime,
you can submit additional artwork for approval
and setup. |
